Post-feminist Context: Popular Redefinitions of Feminism, 1980-Present

The author focuses on the genesis of the concept of post-feminism in popular culture in the period from the early 1980s to the present. The aim of the study is, firstly, to identify and analyse definitions of postfeminism in popular culture over the last two decades and, secondly, to describe in detail and critically evaluate specific assumed versions of feminism.
