Commercial Film on the Brink of Extinction
The author analyses the method of state support for film production in the Czech Republic. He makes a distinction between art production, to which the state contributes, and commercial production, which is assumed to be financially self-sufficient. He gives reasons that should lead to a redistribution of state financial support more towards commercial films.
